Welcome to Hadley Junior & Philemon Wright High Schools Parent Participation Organization!

At Hadley Junior & Philemon Wright High Schools, we firmly believe that a child’s educational journey is a collaborative effort. Our Parent Participation Organization (PPO) serves as a vital bridge between the school, its students, and their families. We are dedicated to fostering a strong sense of community and support, aiming to enhance the high school experience for both students and parents alike.

Our Mission:

The PPO is committed to creating a dynamic and engaging environment that encourages parental involvement in various school activities, events, processes and initiatives. We strive to facilitate communication, cooperation, and understanding among parents, teachers, administrators, and students to ensure a well-rounded educational experience.

What We Do:

• Support Educational Initiatives: We actively participate in supporting academic programs, processes, opportunities, extracurricular activities, and initiatives that enrich the educational experience of our students.
• Assist the School with Organize Events: From fundraisers to cultural celebrations and parent-teacher conferences, we organize events that strengthen the school community and encourage interaction between parents, teachers, and students.
• Advocate for Students: We serve as advocates for students’ needs, acting as a liaison between parents and the school administration to ensure every student’s voice is heard and valued.
