Change of Address – Complete Change of Address form and submit proof of new address (acceptable proof – lease or deed with an invoice or QC driver’s license listing new address) Busing takes 5 days to put in place. Contact dmiljour@wqsb.qc.ca for the busing information after submitting new change of address form.
Registration (for new students) for the 2026-2027 school year will be starting the week of February 9th. (Note to all parents who are currently attending our elementary schools, registration to attend Hadley will be done on the portal through their elementary school)
Documents required for registration:
- Child’s original long-form birth certificate bearing parents’ names.
- For a child born outside of Canada, their original long form birth certificate must be translated into French or English and a copy of their Canadian citizenship are required
- Canadian citizenship of the parent who will render the child eligible
- Quebec driver’s license of the parent/guardian responsible for the child or Lease/House Deed and a utility bill
- Current report card and the June 2026 report, once available
- IEP (Individual Education Plan) and documents to support, if applicable
- Court documents, if applicable
